Advanced Assurance
The 4 venture capital schemes (SEIS, EIS, VCT and SITR) were created to incentivise investment into the UK economy and designed to help small or medium sized companies and social enterprises grow by attracting investment.
There are some excellent tax benefits to investors through these schemes, making companies with these schemes hugely attractive to potential investors. Unfortunately, not all investments will meet the required conditions for one of the schemes. The company, investor and proposed investment must meet the conditions of whichever scheme you opt for. Investors will need to see confirmation from HMRC that an investment meets the conditions of a scheme with advance assurance.

In the past 2 years Rich has helped numerous blockchain and emerging tech businesses start up and become revenue generative.

Graduating with a law degree, Felicity qualified as an employment lawyer, practicing in London. She diversified into writing for leading luxury travel brands, drove marketing for an expanding upholstery company and runs a successful yoga business. She brings a mix of legal, marketing, creative and administrative experience to the team.
